MItchell Martin is a Human Capital Solutions firm... our primary business is the placement of full-time and temporary Information Technology talent. Our clients span in size from mid-market companies to large enterprises. Our passion is building relationships with talent and finding them exciting employment opportunities.

MMI is branding its Social Recruiting strategy and its referral program as a product named 'MMI CONNECT'. MMI CONNECT will allow people inside and outside of our network to gain access to our jobs, apply to those jobs and receive referral bonuses for referring friends and colleagues.

We are looking for a badge with the words "MMI CONNECT'. The badge will be located on our corporate Web site as well as our social media site pages and our email signatures. The MMI CONNECT badge will hyperlink to a Web page on our corporate Web site that is not yet developed.

The design of the badge should be consistent with the look and feel of our Website (http://www.mitchellmartin.com) yet perhaps not as conservative. The words 'MMI CONNECT' should be in the badge, and should include an illustration that personifies connections. The badge should be rectangle in shape... does not need to say Mitchell Martin. Just MMI CONNECT. The image should be similar in size to the best in badge staffing images located here... http://www.bestofstaffing.com/. Some design ideas have been uploaded.
