Title: How to Conduct Internal Investigations: A Practical Guide for Human Resource Professionals
On the front cover:
See suggestions below (Really liked layout for Alan Weiss, PhD book)
1. It needs to read in a triangle on the upper left corner "1st Edition”
2. The larger block on right should have some photo image that shows an HR person conducting an interview with full bleed off page.
3. Please have the title on top and author name “ Natalie Ivey, MBA, SPHR” on the lower part of cover.
4. 9 bullet points (See ATTACHED Book Layout for 99Designs) we want on the left block cover.
On the back cover:
(See ATTACHED Book Layout for 99Designs)
1. About the Book
3. About the Author
4. Place for barcode/ISBN
# - near the barcode, place web page (http://www.rpchr.com) & logo
Spine of Cover: Book Name “How to Conduct Internal Investigations” Author name “Natalie Ivey”
Cover concept: We want to keep it simple and professional. We prefer a more blocked layout. See suggested layouts below. We would prefer the use of Blue, Grey or Maroon (Darker but more bold hues). Our logo has red, and that is ok to use, but we Do Not want the “fire engine” red to dominate the page.
Will publish in paperback, but eventually also in an ebook format. Printing through Createspace.com. Please refer to their guidelines for layout specs. (Go under Books tab, select Publish a Trade Paperback, and then tab Cover. Go to the second topic “Want to build your own book cover from scratch?” Gives you all the layout specs.) Need cover in PDF format.
Font should be clear (sans serif, but easy to read).
