Karen has combined her certifications in personal training, hypnotherapy, mediumship, and as an Angel Therapy Practitioner® (trained by Doreen Virtue) with the development of her own training programs in Soul Entrainment and her 8-week Angel Messenger Certification. Karen’s pure intention in all her work is to empower others to heal and discover their true magnificence. She established her spiritual center for the soul, Heaven on Earth, in 1999. Karen teaches classes and workshops in a variety of healing and spiritual modalities and hosts guest speakers and teachers from around the world. She also facilitates her private practice, which includes Soul Entrainment, angel and mediumship readings, hypnosis for weight loss, and past life regressions.

Karen is the author of four books: 101 Ways to Meet Your Angels (Adams Media, October 2011), How To Contact Your Angels (David & Charles Ltd., June 2011), The Everything Guide to Angels (Adams Media, October 18, 2009), What Would Love Do? A 40-Day Journey to Transform Your Fears into Miracles of Love (Self Published, October 2005). I first introduced this 40-day online program Labor Day weekend and I have offered it three times since then. Over 500 people have transformed themselves from the inside out and experienced miracles of self-love in all aspects of their lives including; relationships, career, life purpose, creativity and physical and emotional healing.

This journey is a creation from inspired action. Karen truly believes it started seventeen years ago when she found cancer in her "butterfly" shaped organ and her Soul asked me to wake up so she could get back on track to achieve her true life purpose. Then her sister in Spirit inspired her when she visited her from the other side. She shared her difficulties of not accepting herself while she was here on earth and she wanted Karen to feel the pain she endured because she did not love herself. It was heart wrenching for her to feel this pain but later Karen's sister allowed her to experience the inner peace and love she discovered in Spirit. She explained to Karen that her journey would be different and she would discover and embody self-love here in this lifetime. Lastly, Karen read Anita Moorjani's book Dying to Be Me, and Anita's experience and sharing inspired her with truth and, finally, all the pieces of puzzle naturally came together so she could write this 40-Day journey.
