Gardening cover design to appeal everyone; if you're up for the challenge!

Year Round Vegetable Gardening for Complete Beginners: Easy Steps To Grow Fresh Veggies, Save Money and Provide Healthy Food For Your Family In Just 13 Days

I am a retired local government employee, and most of my work life has been spent helping people in some way. It is a passion of mine; to help people. I wanted to write books to help people with problems that they have now. One problems many people have now is feeding their families economically. My personal experiences have shown that a good way to feed my family is to grow food for us. I want this book to help as many people as I can and I need a cover to represent what is covered in the book. These are basics that they will need, but not in so much detail that they feel overwhelmed by the information.

This book is written for people who want to learn to garden; they have no experience. It is the desire of the author to get people early success so they will want to continue to garden.

My target audience is going to be both male and female; aged 25 – 60, of all socioeconomic levels. Some will garden for pleasure & health benefits, others will garden to help provide financial savings and healthier foods for their families.

I have provided details in the attached Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fZ5o0p13yrlHadROGq4Zsgg9nHeeT3-SX9Gq9UPSDBI/edit?usp=sharing The covers I included in the above document would allow for many of the things I listed in the document to be incorporated into the cover. There could be a combination of ideas for the covers included. I specified one particular thing I would like related to the "Quick-Start Project" to be included (Right hand lower corner) if possible. I provided a list of topics covered in the book. Under each numbered item, I found 3 or 4 pictures that represent that item. These pictures were found on Shutterstock and can be used as a reference or on the cover if the designer deems them suitable.

Please do not use odd or unusual fonts; they should be easy to read since the cover will initially be seen as a thumbnail view on Amazon’s web page. Please have adequate contrast behind both the title and subtitle. The title and subtitle can have different backgrounds. An appropriate cover will include plants, which are typically green, therefore; try not to use a green color as a background color for the cover. I believe a green background color will make the cover too dark. Please do not use images that are drawings or illustrations. I would like the cover to show what types of gardens are covered in the book. These are listed in the numbered section previously mentioned. If there are many images that need to be purchased, I would prefer to purchase them and then provide them to the designer if possible. I received a free trial with Shutterstock to license any 10 images for free in my first month. I would be able to provide them to the designer once a final design is chosen, I think. I'm not sure how to do this, but I think I can provide them to the designer, correct?
