We have a reputation for excellence, leading-edge innovation and integrity and our clients appreciate our creative approach to problem-solving. We put integrity at the top of our values.
The fundamental ideas that our logo should convey are: Excellence, Reliability, Innovation, Dynamism, Integrity.
The firm was originally set up in 1994 as a two-partner firm by Giancarlo Attolini and Roberto Spaggiari, both licensed accountants in Italy. In 1997 Umberto Zuliani, a lawyer, joined and subsequently became a partner. From the very start, the firm focused on offering accounting and law services to business clients and it was the first firm in its area to offer the services of both accountants and lawyers under the same roof. Throughout the years, we have offered accounting, tax, valuation, M&A and legal services, including litigation services, to businesses, including listed entities, utilities, state-owned companies, government entities, co-operatives, non-profits and foreign companies doing business in Italy. Giuseppe Balia, a licensed accountant, joined as a new partner in January, 2017. Also, starting from January 2017, we decided to change the firm's name from Attolini Spaggiari & Associati to Attolini Spaggiari Zuliani & Associati.
Our current logo has been developed about twenty years ago for the Attolini Spaggiari & Associati trade name (please see our letter head and business card in the attached files), and now is in need of a complete redesign and an update to the new trade name (Attolini Spaggiari Zuliani & Associati). Since our new trade name is quite long, you are also welcome to put forward suggestions of a logo based on its acronym (ASZ or ASZ&A, preferably ASZ); please keep in mind that this is NOT A REQUIREMENT and that you are also welcome to put forward any other proposal, abstract or organic or whatsoever.
We are in the process of applying for membership in an international network of accounting, auditing and consulting firms, Moore Stephens International (please see their web page at http://www.moorestephens.com; also see the MS logo in the attached files). In view of our future membership in this network, it would be good if our new logo could coordinate well with the Moore Stephens logo, as they will have to be used together.
Since in the future we might be using the Moore Stephens logo in combination with our new logo, the letterhead and business card formats (as well as any other potential use of the logo) should leave room for the Moore Stephens logo to be shown (also, the correct positioning of the Moore Stephens logo should be identified).
The "Precise. Proven. Performance" slogan is a Moore Stephens slogan and will be used only after membership in the MS network has been finalized, so the new logo should be developed ALSO FOR USE WITHOUT THE SLOGAN.
While we would like the logo to be developed in colour, it should also be able to print well in BLACK-AND-WHITE.
All information contained in the letterhead should be formatted in commonly available MS Windows typefaces (it will need to be updated by us from time to time). Also, please note that regulations require that all the names of the partners be shown on the letterhead (like on our current letterhead), so you will need to arrange an area in the letterhead for these names to be displayed and updated from time to time.
We would also appreciate a suggestion of a typeface for the written text in our letters and documents, that could coordinate well with the new logo and graphic style.
Our work involves writing reports for our clients (valuation reports or other expertise work, which can be be anywhere from 5 to 100 pages) we would appreciate a suggestion of a graphic format incorporating our new logo that could be used for this purpose.
Also, as we frequently present to client and at conferences using our Powerpoint slides, we will also need a new Powerpoint slide deck with our new logo.
An e-mail footer incorporating the logo will also be needed.
Please note that all stationery items must be designed in the A4 format (this includes letterhead and envelopes, except of course business cards) an NOT in the US Legal format. We will also need a design for a full A4 envelope (non-folded full A4 sheet).
