There wasn't an accurate fit for industry type from the pull down menu above. What we do fits more in the category of behavioral healthcare. Behavior Analysis is the science of behavior. It is it's own profession but is taught under the education department at some universities and the psychology department at others. Data is very important in behavior analysis. We take data on everything we do. We take baseline data on behavior, analyze data, identify the variables that are causing the behavior(s) to happen either too much or not enough, develop behavior intervention plans, train caregivers, teachers, and staff to implement behavior intervention plans, and then continue to take data to see what effects we are having. We address all types of skill deficits typically in individuals with developmental delays (language and communication being the most important, social skills, and even academic skills) as well as address problem behavior. Most of our clients are diagnosed with Autism but we also provide services to a wide range of clients including typically developing individuals. Most of our services are provided to children and their families but we do work with adults as well. We provide services primarily in our client's homes, communities, and schools. We strive to only provide top of the line, high-quality behavioral intervention. Delivering high-quality services is very important to us. We are very person-centered and always try to do what is in the best interest of the client without cutting corners. I would like the design to be simple and professional but also welcoming, fun, and easily distinguishable. The color that symbolizes Autism is blue but I'm personally more partial to teals and aquas. I'm not sure what other colors compliment that but perhaps a yellow, gold, or orangy color. I don't really like bold primary colors. I'm looking for 1-2 colors along with black and am open to any colors you think would look great together (not just the 3 I selected) and give off the feeling of quality and peace of mind that families have found a good, high-quality provider. Perhaps the design could incorporate something having to do with the Great Lakes and/or behavior analysis (teaching, data, consultation, analysis, etc.).
