Come e.zaffagnini ha cominciato il suo viaggio per il design di brochure

We need a graphic design for a magazine article. Our magazine is named "Tecnogramma" (http://www.tecnogramma.it). Our readers are mainly windows/doors producers, architects and their workers, all located in Italy: male, 35/55yo, technical/conservative background but with a creative twist.
Che cosa hai in mente riguardo allo stile e al tema del design di brochure?
Colorful, playful, light, airy. Imagine the pleasant air of a spring morning in the countryside.
MAIN IDEA: This article needs to convey the idea that changing air in a house is a good thing (and our company offers solutions to automate the process). The article does NOT have an overly technical approach.
HOW TO: The title will be "Is it time to change air?": in Italian, "to change air" means also "to change place, to leave, to go away", so we want to play with the concept of a house flying away in a clear blue sky (with or without a grassy landscape), suspended under a balloon, or many colorful balloons, or other flying means. Another take on the subject could be e.g. a series of windows becoming birds in flight. Other interpretations of this concept (similar but not limited to "a house/a window that flies away in freedom and fresh air") are welcome. The style can be "cartoonized" or realistic at will. The final design can be a pure illustration, or be based on photos, or both.

Che cosa evitare
Grunge / gothic / rusty styles will be discarded.
Hyper-technological / cold / metal also won't do.
Please avoid being too "childish" too, and please (just in case you came up with the idea of... well... Pixar's "Up!" style) don't be too much of a copycat ;-)
