The site is a set of free-to-play solitaire games. I think it would be fun to have an icon for each one.

Casual web-surfing audience.
Draw with a vector graphics tool (Illustrator or Flash). They will probably be displayed at about 48x48, though I haven't decided that for sure yet. They should fit in a square. Just concentrate on the illustration for each and don't worry about the border. I can add that later.
Can all be done in a single document, and can follow a similar style.

Accordian: An accordian
Aces Up: WWI flying ace
Beleaguered Castle: A castle tower
Calculation: Slide rule or Abacus
Canfield: A (old) metal can in a field?
Clock: Grandfather clock (or top thereof)
Cruel: Villan (curly mustache type)
Duchess: A 18th-century european duchess
Eight Off: Eight-ball billiard ball
Klondike: 1849 Gold Miner
Forty Thieves: Ali Baba
Freecell: ? No specific ideas
Golf: 1920's golfer
La Belle Lucie: Victorian woman silhouette
Lucky Thirteen: Horseshoe turned up
Monte Carlo: Tuxedo bow-tie
Penguin: a Penguin
Poker: Hooded poker player with sunglasses
Pyramid: Egyptian pyramid
Russian: St Basil's cathedral
Scorpion: A scorpion
Sea Towers: Lighthouse
Spiderette: Black Widow
Triple Peaks: Three mountains or mesas
