Exciting new app icon for a bitcoin startup company

We're a cryptocurrency startup making bitcoin more accessible for everyone to purchase. We typically target first-time bitcoin users and hope to educate them on the advantages and uses of bitcoin.

We are looking for an app icon for our new mobile app which will serve as a bitcoin wallet. Keep in mind that this is a financial/money services app. Attached is our current and proposed brand name. Inspiration: Our team really likes the Spotify app logo, something which can sit next to the brand name, yet also stand alone and be unique. We have also experimented with the "O" in Coinme to use as an icon. Brand emotions: Secure, trusted, comfortable, relieved, familiar, accessible, easy. Colors: We use a bright green at the moment #00b625, but we are looking to use more mellow, comforting shades of green going forward. The brand Acorns uses many nice green colors. Feel free to experiment with shades of green. Other colors are white, soft grey, and black. Feel free to throw us a curveball with new colors if you like, like Exploration 2. Concerns: There are many other financial apps using the "C" icon. If we use a "C", we need to be different, and are open to other ways in which the "C" can be explored. You'll notice the "swoosh" in our current logo, this may be removed in the future from the brand name, don't feel like it has to be incorporated. Fonts we use regularly: Red Hat Summary: Let your designs wander. We are open to seeing radical new "C" icons, yet we need something strong which can stand alone with and without the full brand name.
