This template is needed for a scientific article for a sports medicine journal target audience: health care professionals working in sports medicine

I would like to have a model made that shows the four areas of the healthy tennis clubs, but also shows the three (four) levels of influence on the club. These are: the macrolevel: policies and guidelines the mesolevel: the national tennisfederation also mesoleve (local organisational level): the club itself, with board members, programs etc the individual level, the individaul tennis player, with his personality, background, upbringing etc

The current model is very full, with lots of words and therefore difficult to understand. What I would like to show is that there are four areas of a healthy tennis clubs (injury prevention, healthy eating, safety and social health), and that these areas are influenced on 4 levels (policies, tennis federation (=knltb), club and the individual. It is for a scientific article.
