Target audience: Established mid-career professionals (team leader or supervisor) or business owners, aged 30-60, 80% services, leading a team of between 1-10, 80% urban, 80% developing countries, 20% developed countries, 50:50 m/f ,no qualification, qualifications were a long time ago, qualifications not recognised, limited professional development

It'll be used on our website and in brochures as well. I'm a member of the Dent Key Person of Influence Programme if that helps with a reference point for anyone.
