Storia da raccontare nell'infografica
From start to finish, getting a solar panel system installed on your roof takes anywhere from 2-6 months and has a lot of parties involved. Including City officials, Utility companies & our solar partners (i.e. financial, installers, etc).
We've identified the critical elements our of customers journey that we need our customers to be aware of and are looking to design an infographic that will simplify the critical steps for them in one simple infographic.
Each stage will include a Description, Timeline & Action Item (if needed).
At the bottom of the design, we'll need to include a URL for our customers to provide feedback online during each stage in the process. Something like this: "We appreciate your feedback at each stage, can you let us know how we're doing at http://www.CompleteSolar.com/feedback.
Elementi da includere nell'infografica
The idea is for customers to see this a journey or a checklist of items to come and those that have passed as they are progressing along in their journey to fully having their solar panels installed.
The design needs to be relevant to Solar and give the customers an idea of progress as each of these stages are being completed. This isn't going to be a one-time document that customers see, rather we are going be delivering them a physical document to put on their fridge or tape next to their desk to reference throughout their journey.
Here are some examples I found online that you may reference:
Most of the graphics are actual roadmaps, but another idea is to have a progressive chart that shows a completed solar panel being installed on a customer home.
Excited to see what you're able to come up with.
The infographic doesn't necessarily need to fit on one page. But it's important to think about the delivery as it will be as a PDF or a printed off document. Multiple pages would be ok if you feel it's best explained over multiple pages, but just keep this in mind.
The first version of the infographic will be emailed to our customers and delivered as a PDF.
The second version of this infographic will be printed out and mailed to our customers.
The third and final version of this infographic will be an interactive graphic in our mobile app, that will progress as the customers' installation is coming together. They will be able to see what's ahead and what they've completed.
Brandscape Documents: I've uploaded our brandscape documents, so it's important that you review them and match the image to our brand. This is a key component and will help you to win this prize.
Cartoony: Some infographics have come through with too much cartoon. I'd recommend to cut it back a bit and try to keep the design a clean professional feel. Obviously graphics are going to work, we just want them too colorful.
