The purpose of the infographic is to support the sales process. The sales person will use it during the actual meeting. He/she will spend the majority of time walking the potential sponsor through the event flow section as well as the benefits. Stating this, it is critical that the document is clear, intriguing and simple to follow.
This infographic will be printed out as a tri-fold, ledger-size brochure (11x17), so please design the plates according to attached instructions. See PP for layout. A potential sponsor should walk away and say, “Ah, I get it. That looks exciting. We would like to participate. Where can we sign up?”
