landing page for mobile app

we will be launching a mobile application and we want to launch a new page in the website thats totally different than the existing website. the current website is nothing fancy, its using weebly and its very basic. we do like clean designs and nothing we are doing is very complex, so all we have is some basic content. when we launch the mobile application we want a cool very very cool landing page, our target audience is parents at schools. the mobile app is going to be a communication tool, think of it as private email and messaging, between the school and the parents. this is a major problem for many schools, where the school sends out info via facebook, twitter, email and their website and still the parent doesnt get the pertinent information that the school is closing early and they need to come and pick up their little kid. we want the mobile app landing page to show that its a phone app, we can use android and iphone or both, and we want children, happy children colorful in a school setting - younger kids kindergarten -5th grade, and then happy parents that maybe holding their smartphones and are freagin happy because they are communicating with the school. another thing to try and convey is that the school is made up of lots of departments, and the mobile app will make it possible for the athletics department to communicate with the parents of the football team, and the band leader can communicate with the parents of the orchestra, etc. so in the landing page we want to show both sides, actually, school is happy, parents are happy, kids are happy - and its all because of MY mobile app!!!

when someone gets to the landing page it has to pop, be colorful, what has to stand out is that we have a new mobile app to sell.
