"Ales i Arrels" is a non-profit organization that works in the educational field, promoting schools, training and activities related to Montessori Education and Talent Pedagogy.

"Ales i Arrels" means "Wings and Roots", which is we consider that a child need to grow up: "wings" to fly far away and "roots" to keep the feet on the ground, never forgetting where they come from. The main foundation school is placed in a town full of vineyards, so the vineyard is also a symbol for the project. We love the idea that the branches and roots of the vine are similar and even symmetrical horizontally (branches in a light colour; roots in a darker one). The two leaves symbolize the wings.
