We are a global women's leadership organization. We serve women working in higher education - specifically international education at all levels (early to late career). We provide online learning tools, mentoring programs, and networking and in-person events so that women can learn from each other and from experts we bring to teach them leadership skills.

Our group came up with some key words they like to describe us: Community, connection, empowerment, catalyst. While we are a global organization we would not like the logo to have a completely evident globe - a representation is okay but more sophisticated than just a globe. The reason we think women will join the League is that we will be seen as knowledgeable and able to help them achieve their work/life goals and that they will find community among other women in the same field.
