We provide luxury garage facilities for customers to not only store their vehicles and other toys in climate controlled environment, but also provide space for a 'man cave', 'family cave', 'business cave'.
Car Garage plus Man Cave = CarCaves
Facilities become more than luxury storage. They are a community developed around like-minded individuals. It's not just 'UHaul Plus'. Units are a destination for our Members to bring family, friends and colleagues and clients to.
Hunters and Fishermen have their cabins.
Golfers have their clubhouses.
Car guys and girls have, erm, McDonald's parking lot on a Sunday night...
We want to turn those passions into a community where owners can gather, hang out in their garage or someone else's or mix in the clubhouse environment.
We operate on a rental basis, vs. some who are selling garage condos. Sales result in land-locked garages of a fixed size so collections cannot grow or be down-sized over time. With rentals we can make the right size available at the right time and allow for transferring access to another location - like you can go use your Gym Membership elsewhere on occasion..
Customer targets are those with surplus income to have a toy or two, or more, who recognizes the value in secure storage and also enjoys the lifestyle upgrade of being part of a community of like-minded individuals where they can go and share stories, solutions and remedies and take part in member only organized events, and go somewhere they are proud to show off their toys.
Our style is more the traditional farm barn, horse stable style, rather than big metal morton/wick buildings.
We don't want row upon row of metal warehouses.
We are looking at rustic, country, relaxed feel where you can look forward to almost getting away from it all to enjoy your hobby.
Our style buildings are visible at http://www.BarnPros.com
Imagine a horse stable where rather than regular warehouse storage which is rown upon row of garage doors. With us, instead, you enter one end and then garages are divided already inside the building so when you open up, you are protected from the elements and this creates more of an accessible environment for owners to wander inside between units to see friends.
As far as a logo, we are also involved in recreating some exotics, primarily the Ferris Bueller car at http://www.DNA2fifty.com and so our thoughts up until now have been along the lines of some barn style building with barn doors wide open showing the front ends poking out of the Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder, and a Rolls Royce grill, or a '57 Bel Air, Lamborghini with scissor doors up...something to show that it doesn't matter how extensive, expensive, modern or traditional your car or collection, we can accommodate you and will welcome you. Just picking up distinctive styles that are immediately recognizable. These customers know their cars, so we want to avoid just some bubble shaped generic car image, but without it getting too fussy also.
Obviously can't fit a dozen different cars in there for all types, but to show 2 or 3 different styles would be great.
