I would like the logo to focus on the word "Cheer" rather than C, F or "Cheer flag". The brand is "Cheer". If you can incorporate "flag" also but be not in the forefront, that is great also. Your call.
The logo can be but doesn't have to be a flag or banner. It's not related to cheering or cheerleading.
I prefer either an emblem but if you think something else might work, let me see it. Something that you can easily put on web/print/cloth and be instantly recognizable.
The feeling has to be classic, polished, premium and high quality.
