My target audience is house wives who are looking to make changes to their home, and professionals (doctors, veterinarians, dentists, lawyers, chiropractors, etc.) looking for a new office space. I would prefer to lean more on the professional end than the residential end. My target audience likes professionalism, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. They don't care about how the construction get's done, but they want to make sure that it gets done on time and on budget. It comes down to the numbers and the end result for them, not the process.
