We are a global patent licensing administrator that acts as an agent between patent owners and product manufacturers (e.g. Philips owns a patent that Apple needs a license to for a new product). Uniquely, our licensing programs serve the market, in a friendly market beneficial way, not like the hostile 'patent trolls' that often make the news. Manufacturers love what we do as we lower their product costs.

Our logo is more than seven years old. The diamond is outdated, and is difficult to use in small formats (e.g. printed on a ballpoint pen). We aren't looking for a radical design, rather an evolution on our logo that builds on the global awareness that we've achieved. It would be valuable to convey the middle-man role that we play. Sticking within black, white, and orange is preferable but not a necessity. A variety of existing collateral is attached.
