The logo mark should be a simple yet aggressive, but not cartoony, Mako shark.
The brand name is "Mako" with product type/description of "Body Wire" to be included with the logo. Body wire is a specialized type of wire and should be incorporated with the logo today, but it's possible the Mako brand expands to be more broad in the future where we wouldn't always have Body Wire with the logo.
The product is serious, and the Mako name/imagery should appeal to man's attraction to this fast and aggressive animal. The logo can be a little fun, but no goofy sharks.
Research Mako Sharks to properly capture their distinguishing shape and features. Shark images (not necessarily Mako) attached to show styles that we like in other logos incorporating sharks.
Also Google fishing gear/company logos to get inspiration, like the attached shirt with a Tarpon. They typically incorporate slightly stylized fonts with a fish/etc. We like badge-style logos where the shark and word Mako with Body Wire would always be used together, but it would be nice for the shark mark/icon to stand on its own nicely without the words.
We do not want any fishing rods/reels or boats in the logo.
