Design Cartoonish logo for dog walking company

A dog walking company located in the suburbs outside of New York City. Currently, only 1 employee I work by myself. Right now I have no logo, everything I do is by word of mouth. Most of the dogs I work with are medium to large. I take the dogs to the park and for walks while their owners are at work during the daytime. I'm looking to start doing pack walks, so I can socialize dogs together.

maybe 3,4,5,6 dogs of all different sizes standing next to each other, some sitting some standing, and there is the caretaker/chaperone behind them just watching. I don't want the human to seem superior to the dogs, rather they should all appear as one group. Almost as if the human is like the big brother to the dogs. He is friendly with them, but still has control. It should be a cheerful picture
