Design a personal logo for an aspiring public speaker on Engineering Leadership

This is a personal logo. But I want to start getting into leading leaders. I am an aspiring Business Coach concentrating on Software Engineering Leadership. I am currently a Software Engineering Manager/Director and I want to write a book and set up a website to sell classes to my training on how to be an Engineering Manager.

My last name is pronounced "WIN". So a play on words on WIN or WIND could work as well. I like monkeys because engineers are often referred to as Code Monkeys. But doesn't have to be monkeys. I like simple, playful, and cool logos. I was drawn to this site by https://99designs.com/profiles/asammanis. I like for the logo to be recognizable even without my name. Like an icon. Edit: please don’t concentrate on monkeys. Edit: please have SOME treatment on the text and not just the icon. Edit: if you're going to do monkeys, please be creative, and not simple clipart I can find online.
