Dominion Commercial

I am getting ready to start a small commercial real estate company in Virginia. Company colors are black and white and our goal is not to make anything complicated when it doesn't have to be.

Owners, Tenants, Investors, etc..... We're a commercial real estate company

I want the logo to be a solid black box (thinking square but doesn't have to be) with 2 white half circles meeting the middle. I have attached an absolute horrible attempt by me to create this. It was on some sort of design software that I could not figure out. I was trying to draw the half circles by hand (mouse/cursor) and it turned out very bad as you will see. Hopefully this will show you what I have tried to explain. I'm open to other variations of this since I am not that creative and this is not what I do. You don't have to incorporate "Dominion Commercial" with the logo, but it may look good all together and I am open to anything. If you incorporate company name with logo I prefer all capital letters with the first letters a little bigger. I have attached 2 files. The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
PDF file too please.
