Please no images of a house in your design. Several staging companies already use that graphic and we are trying to differentiate ourselves.

Logo will be used for stickers (for folder covers & promotional items) business forms, letterheads, business cards and web site.
Initially we think our signature color will be fuchsia used in combination with black & white. However, don’t feel stuck with those colors. We do seem to like the contrast of a bold color against black & white - it looks both modern and sophisticated.
Nothing "cutesy". Logo 3 is an example of something too cute.
Feel free play with the alpha characters in the name. A bonus if you can relate logo to one of our key messages: 1) Servicing HIGH-END homes, 2) Offering a FULL-SERVICE package, 3) Resulting in INCREASED ROI and 4) from EDUCATED interior designers.

Logo 1 makes a bold statement with the vivid red against the black and white. The curves in the graphic element are nice and add a level of elegance. The juxtaposition of the simpler font against a more ornate font is also an appeasing element.
Logo 2 also combines a simple font with a more sumptuous font for an appealing mix. The graphic element is a little less exquisite and maybe more modern in nature, yet still has nice curves.
