In the age of intense technology usage and ever-increasing workloads, people sit longer than ever and often with poor posture. Most commonly reported consequences are lower back pain (lumbar), sciatic pain, shoulder and neck pain, as well as elbow problems.
According to the US Department of Health, repetitive stress injuries (RSIs) are the single biggest cause for missed work in the US, costing the employers tens of billions annually. Billions more are spent on pain killers, ergonomic chairs, chiropractor visits, physical therapists and so on.
Here is the problem with these remedies: they are all reactive to the problem! They treat the symptoms rather than preventing RSIs or bringing sustained relief from the pain.
However, there is a surprisingly easy way to avoid the majority of RSIs before they even occur.
I have created a three-step exercise program which will a maximum of only 10 minutes of your time, just three times per week, and will be the basis for constant relief from most back, neck, shoulder and elbow-pain caused by repetitive stress injuries.

18-65 years old, white collar workers, anyone who has repetitive strain injuries in shoulder/lower back/ elbow or wrist. pretty much anyone in front of a computer who suffers from any of the above ailments
