ABSOG Infection studies and medical research
In response to recent flu major outbreaks and other communicable issues, 'Asymmetric Biodiversity Studies and Observation Group' (ABSOG) was formed. The resistance of medically important bacteria to current antibiotic therapy is rapidly increasing in the economically advanced countries. In the United States alone, infection rates by multi-drug resistant bacteria have increased from 24 to 164 cases per 100,000 people during the last 5 years. Antibiotic resistant infections caused by Acinetobacter, Klebsiella, and Pseudomonas, combined with an alarming rate increase in infection by multidrug-resistant flu, Staphlococcal aureus, are now responsible for thousands of deaths each year in the wealthy nations of the world. Once-treatable infections are becoming incurable.
The emerging antibiotic crisis in Mexico, Europe, and the United States is now converging with a scarcity of effective antibiotics required to treat the devastating bacterial infections common in the poorer third world. The primary pathogen in this case is tuberculosis (TB).

Fund raising efforts, Banks, and medical students, we are seeking a 'super modern and globaly' understood logo for our medical research efforts. This is important! Sell research/Medical/Bio-Blood born/modern scientific studies!
We are wide open, but we need to say Bio and Medial in the logo. In terms of words we can use our entire title or a shorter version down to just the use of ABSOG. For the ship we will drop in its hull name, 'Beagle II,' on the bottom of your logo artwork. Think of a military-style patch/logo here. I can even send you or post a sample of our working logo, but it is not great - it has the typical DNA bands and the world in it. However, we need to communicate medical and high-end drug discovery through the logo. Have fun and let loose on this one, the world needs our help on this issue. Thank you.
