Now on top of that, we are offering your own GeekBuddy 24/7 to remotely help you with your PC issues. This product will launch initially in the US but will expand globally over the next year. GeekBuddy is a web based remote chat PC support service with the capability for our GeekBuddy to assume control of your PC so that they can "fix" your PC issues while you sit back and relax. Our services range from virus removal to making your PC more Green! Our GeekBuddy will ensure that PC issues are a thing of the past!
The target audience ranges all demographics because people of all ages, races, income, education have issues and are not experts in PCs. You may be a high school student or a surgeon, GeekBuddy can be your remote live PC support 24/7. The same goes for men or women, rich or poor, young or old, etc. A college student or your grandmother would be perfect for this service.
