Help us iterate on and adjust our logo - nonprofit helping students do good

We are a nonprofit startup in the Effective Altruism community (see effectivealtruism.org - it's a global community aimed at using evidence and reason to improve the world as much as we can with our limited resources). We're working with university/student groups in the US and the UK, to help them realign global talent to work on the world's most pressing problems. You can think of it like a graduate recruitment organisation, but instead of recruiting for a particular organisation or industry, we're aiming to help students have a career that has a high positive social impact. Our target audience are 18-23 year olds who are unusually bright, ambitious, and altruistic - people who are willing to be strategic and do something off the beaten track. We're really new so it's pretty bare, but you can see our website globalchallengesproject.org

We recently ran a contest and found four logos we liked - I've attached the logos below. We want you to make new, different versions of these logos, based on the existing designs, to help us find our final logo. Please make variations of and iterate on any of these four logos. E.g. you could change the colours, add new shapes, or use the same ideas but in a different configuration. Feel free to submit multiple entries that are only a bit different from each other. Please take a look at the images we have attached, and pick your favourite design to make a new version of!
