Help me create a logo for my off campus college housing rental biz!

We rent off campus houses to U.S. university students as an alternative to living on campus

I was thinking of incorporating our name into a college pennant or banner design. I was thinking keeping the colors simple such as navy, black and white. We will also need a house image of some sort in the design. This can be included in the banner itself or incorporated as your imagination dictates. The banner can have a "wind bend" in it or not, let's see what you come up with. I will upload an awful sketch of my initial thought, as well as another screenshot of a banner with a "wind bend" in it if that makes sense. An alternative thought was to do this and also incorporate a gender neutral keith haring style figure holding up this pennant. I dunno, maybe this will inspire someone, but the pennant is definitely key because that's where our name will reside. Any and all designs have to have some reference /outline/silhouette of a house incorporated somehow since our business is renting houses! DO NOT GET STUCK ON THE FONTS in my uploaded pics. They are just there to illustrate the pennant concept. Be creative with fonts as I would like them to appeal to college students
