Help Thirty-Ninth Avenue Flats with a new logo

We are a real estate developer for apartment buildings. This will be a logo for an apartment building we are renovating.

I prefer having "Thirty-Ninth" written out rather than "39th" but I am open to whatever you come up with. The 3 leaf design that is in all the logo's I uploaded needs to be incorporated into this logo somehow. I don't care where, it just has to be in the logo. I have attached an existing picture of the building as well as a concept design of what it will look like when we are finished. The logo needs to be high end, modern and sleek but also needs to understand that this is for a building renovation of a 1960's apartment building.
