The ZukunftsWeiser Forum is a training format!
ZukunftsWeiser is a combination of the German Words "Zukunft" (eng: future) and "Wegweiser" (eng: signpost or guide).
We will to start a range of training events for change maker (company change maker, students, start-ups, young professionals, teacher...).
In a world with expanding complexity decision processes are getting more difficult and lifelong. Strategic problems are getting unattended and fade out.
Important questions we like to work with:
What is the world (society / value system / economy) in 2030?
What are the biggest (known) drivers for change?
What are the challenges of tomorrow?
What can we learn from the past (with regard to adaptability)?
(How) can business models be developed today for the challenges of tomorrow?
(How) can existing business models be made viable?
With which tools can we approach this?
What role can and should I (and my company) take over?
It will be a three-day interactive workshop format, the participants will work out small groups of entrepreneurial solutions for the challenges of the future. Experienced entrepreneurs provide impulses from their practice as speakers and support the teams in the elaboration of their ideas.
Our approach is based on the 2015 ratified Sustainable Development Goals of the UN. Theoretical foundation is the concept of "social entrepreneurship" based on the work of Muhammad Yunus. We use elements from design thinking, effectuation and business model generation.
