My Pet's Brace
We are certified orthotists and prosthetists who have helped people live life better through braces (knee, ankle, etc) and prostheses and now provide those same services to pets; primarily dogs. We make custom braces on referrals from veterinarians. They send us a cast of the dog and we fabricate a device for them. Most of our referrals will come from the vets themselves, however we will have a powerful website that will be viewed by many pet owners, who will in turn tell their vets about us.
• Our tag-line is “Helping Pets Live Happier Lives”.
• We have a strong team ethic with the pet, pet family, veterinarian and our company representing the team.
• Our service is cutting edge and this should be reflected in the design, but not too much.
• We need a balance of professional and friendly but it must be fun.
Dicci qualcosa su di te e sulle persone che vuoi raggiungere
This is a new market in the pet industry. There are only 3 other companies like this in the US and they are not very professional.
Our primary audience is the veterinarian, who we have found to be very caring and not in the business primarily for the money. We are the same way. Our goal is to help vets provide an alternative to care if their patient is not a candidate for surgery or to help them provide a supportive device (brace) for the pet, pre or post surgically.
Our secondary audience is the pet owner themselves. We are a caring company and want to portray that comfort level to the pet owner. We will take care of their pet as a family member.
Our third audience is the rehabilitation professional that may provide physical therapy or other rehabilatative services to the pet.
We are looking for something rather simple and not confusing with too many colors.
We like "new" colors that reflect an innovative company yellows, blues, greens, but are open to your creativeness.
We will consider symbolic interpertations like a dog jumping over a mountain, meaning they can achieve things they couldn't do before they got hurt, but we also like literal interpertations like a dog wagging its tale which reflects happiness.
We like the idea of a dog wearing a brace on it's front or hind leg but that is not a necessity.
We open to consider caricatures, drawings or pictures that convey our message.
We want the logo to eventually be used for letter and evelope design so the format must be accepatable for printing companies.
Our primarly means of communication will be the web, the format must be .jpg and layered.psd or other formats for web design.
