Design guidelines:
-Primary colors in black or if interested surprise me.
-Logo to include company name; but not intregrated into design. So it can be used together or seperately.
-Initial ideas included straight design with no color, but am open to any new ideas.
-Would potentially like to see the form of a handbag in the logo.
-Contest ends December 15, 2006 at 5:00 PST.
-Winner to be paid by Paypal or other acceptable payment.
-Winning prize is $100.00 USD.
-Design format: Photoshop(PSD) and Illustrator(.AI).
