We are a land development company that is looking for a fresh, professional logo for a new subdivision called Woodland Hills. We are developing a new subdivision that hasn't had a residential development for more than 40 years.

Target audience are potential homeowners that are middle to high income wage earners. Residents like the outdoors, recreation, nature, hiking, biking, and have an active lifestyle.
Looking for a logo design that will reflect the quality of this new subdivision development. Colors should be earth tones and font face needs to have "readability" as a primary focus. Logo will be used on billboards, advertisements, letterhead, business cards, website and other mediums. Professional, uncluttered design is desired.
