This organization owns, operates, and rents single family homes in the USA and serves as an investment vehicle for private equity investors.

I'd like for the logo to resemble the shape of a house (single family home) as USDA Equity Partners is an investment company that purchases houses and for the "home" representation simultaneously taking the essence and shape of a Master Lock lock box. The purpose and rationale of the visuals of a lock is to demonstrate the strength, safety, and security of the investment and funds allocated to the company from investors. Every house we place under contract or we have access to while it's being renovated after we own it we place a Master Lock lock box on the front door which provides access for our crews and contractors. When we place a lock box on the front door of any property, that house is now spoken for as we either own or control is and it's a sign of victory in our business. The name USDA Equity Partners should be featured on the logo as well.
