Stagingism - A Fresh Approach to Home Staging
I'm a new entrepreneur launching a home staging business. Home staging is the act of preparing a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. Staging techniques focus on improving a property's appeal by transforming it into a welcoming, attractive product that anyone might want.
I want to project class with my logo - giving potential customers the immediate feeling of style and industry knowledge in my profession. Most importantly, would like to have accessories (lamp, chair, etc) as opposed to a house in the logo!

I am targeting home sellers who want to maximize the value of their home, leading to multiple offers and maximum sales price.
I'm also targeting real estate agents who need help in convincing their clients that to sell a home for optimal amounts, they need to prepare their home in a way that allows potential buyers to 'visualize themselves in this home'.
The logo needs to project style, class, and experience. Home sellers and real estate agents alike need to be drawn in by the logo - as it represents a first impression no different the a potential buyer's first impression of the home to be staged.
We DO NOT want a house to be used - we'd prefer furniture / lamps / or some piece of furniture.
Homes make us think of real estate agents, and we don't want our target market to be confused.
I'd like to stay away from 'cute' and 'functional', and focus more on '1st class' and 'Fresh'.
