We are a sales performance consultancy that helps our clients to improve their sales results. We do this by delivering BIG ideas around sales strategy, sales team structure, selling systems and selling skills. After 13 years of working for a tired old franchise we have recently struck out on our own. Our young dynamic team of business professionals work with large household name corporations throughout Australia and overseas delivering sales improvement solutions through consulting, tools development and sales training. While our name is BIG we are actualy a small flexible consultancy of less than 6 people but with plans to grow. What sets us apart are our ideas, our client engagement and our people who deliver the programs. Our official business name is the "Business Improvement Group" however we will trade as "BIG Consulting".

We target large businesses who have sales revenues in excess of $50m with a sales team in excess of 30 people. Our contact point is usually the CEO, General Manager, Sales Director, or Human Resources Manager. Our clients typically are manufacturers or suppliers selling through multiple distributive channels. While we have strong expertise in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) channel, consumer products and retail channels, our client base is eclectic. This clientelle are typically global, conservative, risk averse and demanding. We need to convey an image of quality and professionalism that projects expertise and innovation. We are positioned at the premium end of our market, reflective of expertise and the quality of our services. At the end of the day we are an ideas business that delivers our clients BIG results. Some of our current clients include: The Mars Corporation (confectionery), Pacific Brands (apparel), Scania (Trucks), Caroma Dorf (Toliets and Taps), CSR (Building Products), Dulux (Paint).
We need a professional logo that is fresh and innovative. It needs to read "BIG Consulting" as the main part of the logo but incorporate wording that we are part of the "Business Improvement Group". We wish to project fresh thinking, BIG Ideas and BIG results for our clients.
Since we are a small consultancy with BIG ideas, I think you the designer can have full creative licence with typeface and cases. We are a premium brand and command premium price positioning in the professional services market.
Our logo will be used on our web site (under construction), stationery, business cards, presentations, proposals, client documents, training programs and on line tools.
