Our logo/image is for Operator Training. Whilst we are Dyno Nobel - we already have a logo with orange and blue, we want to brand the Operator Training. It is about to go through HUGE changes, it will be aggressive change after a very dormant period of talking and no action. Our audience is 90% male. We are making very positive moves and are involving our people in the solution. Our Operator Training has been state of the art however it is tired and jaded!
This new change heralds dynamism, industry leading, best practice for our customers, part of our EVP and CVP.
Our operators work on mine sites and do lots of physical work. They work in dangerous conditions due to explosives and hazards assosciated with explosives.
We have a mix of fly in/fly out operators and those who can drive to work.
We want our operator trainng to be entered for winning people industry awards for innovation and the massive change we are expecting in the shift.
We do have a slogan - tag line "Groundbreaking Performance through innovative solutions". Most people only remember the "groundbreaking performance"
