Logo for Portuguese Website: Be Creative

Hello, I am a business inspired, Portuguese Entrepreneur, looking to share my culture with the world. Focus is around the entire Portuguese culture and bring it to people in one centralized place. I am a fun, creative guy, and a leader in my "regular" job.

I am looking to build a trusting partnership with a designer that can help me create banners for my website, business cards, clothing logo, and possibly logos for my clients.

My audience is the entire Portuguese Community (all ages), as well as those that have a love for things that make Portugal unique. Wine / Travel / Food / People / etc

I am looking for a logo that is unique and simple in concept, yet eye catching at a first glance within seconds (literally).

I want "you" to have fun with it :-)

The logo must include the colors of the Portugal flag and possibly the shield as well. If you look at a Portugal cross as used in castles and sails, this can be implemented also; if feasible. Since the name of my business includes "Cafe" a coffee cup/mug must be used in the design and include the flag within it. I don't know if the company name can be included, so please try it out.

I was advised by a friend that I should have a vector graphics file created for use of the logo in multiple designs. This is a great idea.

- A mock up design (amateur; to say the least) is attached as an idea of the interesting concept idea I thought of. Hopefully you will like the concept.
