Our direct customers are those individuals who work for or within the target business market. From “top to bottom,” CEO to a casual worker, people in today’s business environment are impacted by the use of communications technology in their lives.
Our approach is holistic, our solutions are sustainable, and in keeping with our life balance and green philosophy.
Our broad target market, and our indirect customer source, is the SME EG: companies that have (20-500 staff).
We have further defined the market as companies that have a “distributed” and/or mobile workforce and/or multiple sites and/or tightly knit channel relationships, or have strategic plans in place to develop their business in one of more of these directions.
Typically the target companies will be low on internal IT advisory resources, especially those that flow onto converged solutions, or those that use an outsourced IT resource without communications expertise.

The logo should be transportable across all media in the most appropriate and flexible format.
The logo should project a sense of strength,flexibility trust worthiness and approachability. I would envisage that the colors will be reasonably conservative but not overly corporate. Primary colors may work here but we are not rigid about that.
The logo should be explicit in representing what we do.
An example is: Smartercomms with the tag line Smarter Leaner Greener
in 3 boxes underneath then Business Communications under that. The rationale is that each box links to a specific service.
For instance, if these boxes were also buttons on a website, Smarter takes them to a page on Unified communications, Leaner leads to a page on reducing comms cost & Greener goes to a page on reduced emissions etc. (site not yet built-next on the agenda)
However, we are open to ideas, you are the experts!
Just keep in mind that the target audiences are largely business users across a wide demographic.
