As a sole practitioner, I function as an advisor/coach to all levels of leadership within an organisation by helping to develop peoples willingness and capability to become more effective leaders and helping to solve (for themselves) their problems and organisational issues.
Working with individuals, I help to explore the areas that are holding them back from their full potential, and to identify and â€˜lock inâ€™ the â€˜exercise programsâ€™ they are truly willing to live by in order to achieve their goals and those of their organisation.
Working with teams, I suggest ways to analyse, perform reviews, provoke new thinking, challenge hidden assumptions, create new options, interrogate those options and investigate ways of integrating the solutions into the organisation to avoid relapse.
At the organisation level, with key stakeholders, I help to review the existing health of the organisation or part thereof, challenge existing paradigms, and generate and analyse short, medium and long term actions to achieve the needs of the organisation.
The business aspects I work on are strategy, health and safety, leadership, organisation, profitability improvement and customer and other stakeholder relationships.
