Our company is based in Melbourne, Australia and has developed an iPhone application to allow users to place orders for home delivery of grocery, office and other basic consumer goods using an easy and unique method. Delivery is immediate.
Please read the brief and all comments made so far carefully.
The name "Blitzendash" is an amalgam of the names of two of the eight reindeer who magically deliver people's wishes on the night before Christmas.
But in our case it also describes the nature of our business - the blitz in the assembly of the order and the dash in the delivery.
It has a magic sound to it - a conjuring nonsense like "abracadabra" with the action that the "ash" sound brings to words such as "flash" and "brash" and the expectation and confidence that it brings to "panache". A sound foreign but familiar.
Three separate branding components are required:
The name written in full for use, for example, in watermarking iPhone application pages and on uniforms and letterhead.
An iPhone application button which must be striking in its simplicity.
And a device - perhaps a reindeer but probably not. Simple, endearing, iconic - "Skipping Girl Vinegar" is an Australian device which we feel is simple, endearing and iconic. But, like we say to our hairdressers, "Use your imagination".
The successful designer must assign the copyright in the design to us in exchange for success - but we would welcome the opportunity to work with the successful designer on an ongoing basis.
Thank you and best of luck.
