We are rebranding our furniture store: www.miyhome.com We are also expanding our business to include an outdoor retreat in the mountains along the Appalachian Trail on some land we own. Clients can also buy the furniture used to furnish a luxury tent or cabin. The name is a combination of Seth and Michael (we own the store together).

I’m mostly interested in pictorial, mascot and combination logos, but I’m open to all ideas. We want to use a praying mantis as our logo for the retreat . We think the praying mantis should be to the left of the text. The praying mantis should be up right and staring out with it's legs towards the text. But we are open if something looks better. In the attached pictures, the species of praying mantis that lives in our area is the picture with the blue background. We like the geometric elements of the crab attached and would love the mantis to look like that. We want it to be simple, modern, tasteful, and look high end. We don't think we want background images or for it to be busy. The background should probably be white/clear.
