Employee Rewards is an online, employee rewards program that will be offered through employers to their employees. Once registered, employees will receive a portion of the affiliate marketing “bounty” based on all of their online shopping generated through the Employee rewards “Partner Mall.” The mall will have 100’s of the top online retailers available for shopping, all of whom pay financial bounties ranging from 3% to 20% for bringing shoppers to their site. To employees, this will be a site with high rewards for doing what they do anyway…shop online. For employers, this represents a no cost benefit that they can offer to their employees in a smart and concise way. Lastly, this company has committed to pay 10% of all of the bounties to an important children’s charity that supports over 170 children’s hospitals throughout North America and beyond.
The owners of the Employee Rewards brand view the brand as exciting, with cutting edge technology and with strong and clean lines…not a cartoon, soft, frilly or flowery. They see the brand logo as a modern brand although it may be worked into an icon to support the understanding of employees as a key component of the communication and understanding of the brand.

Project Goal: Create an exciting, distinctive, powerful and meaningful brand image for Employee Rewards.
Requirements: Color choices may be strong or muted or even rely on some combination of color and texture. We are open to “2D” as well as “3D” versions. We would like a logo with an icon and logotype but that may be tough? The winning logo needs to be easily replicated in embroidery or screen print.
We want to explore multiple aspect ratios from roughly 3:1 (three widths to one height) to a 1:1(equal height and width).
