We are seeking the key logo that will build the identify of our new real estate company. The color scheme will be used consistently throughout the site. Ultimately there are two facets to the business: 1) a clean, simple broker admin area that will eliminate the hassles and idiosyncracies of the typical MLS system, and 2) a simple, powerful and *very* easy to use interface for home buyers to find, categorize and purchase their dream home.
- Strong colors, but conservative and tasteful -- geared toward very broad appeal.

- Looks good in either color or black and white
- Should be recognizable even when shrunk down
