We are a broker for discount electric. So, we help people and businesses save money on their electric bill. For this venture we are specifically selling to non-profit organizations so they can sell it to their donor base and membership etc. Every time they sell this discount power to their donors or members, they receive a percentage the will go towards their cause.

Non-profit organizations and their donor base/supporters and membership where applicable. Mostly the non-profits donors, supporters and membership because they will be displaying this logo with their materials to sell the discount power to them.
We need a logo with a mark. The logo must convey what we do. The brand needs to be soft and caring. The main goal is to get people to sign up through the non-profits they support so it is win-win––they save money on their electric bill and they support their cause.
Please no "electric" elements - bolts of lightening, power outlets, etc. It really needs to be soft and articulate the "caring and giving" part of what we are doing. You can certainly create a visual element that ties the "power" and the "cause" together, just nothing too hard like a bolt of lightening, etc.
This is a brand new venture, so we do not have any existing materials. The logo will be the basis for that.
