Glyph Production Technologies
Glyph Technologies has been providing products for audio and video production since 1992. We are a top brand in our industry, and working to break into new vertical markets with a fresh, strong look. Our current logo has been in use for more than 10 years and we are due for a refresh. We will also be updating the company name to Glyph Production Technologies while introducing the new logo.

Here is some marketing copy which may help the design:

key messaging points for "experience counts"
Glyph has been creating and supplying mission critical hard drive systems for 18 years. With key technology, extensive testing and designs that are created for reliability and stability, our experience is clear and it counts.
We need a logo that speaks to our customer base. It needs to look modern, sophisticated, sleek, technology oriented, and smart. We favor thin fonts over bold fonts, but if you have a great design with bold fonts, please show it to us. We favor standard typeface over italic; trying to move away from the overt action oriented fonts to a more sophisticated place. A badge style logo could also work, perhaps GPT big and then the words Glyph Production Technologies small at the bottom - easy to read and identify the brand.
We will need two versions of the logo:
1. A version to be used on web and print, this can be more elaborate with more colors.
2. A simple one or two-color version with hard lines, no gradients or shading.
Our current logo uses green and gold:
We would like to see designs use one or both of these colors, but it is not absolutely necessary. Feel free to experiment with other colors, although several of our competitors use blue + white, so it would be best to steer clear of a logo with these two colors.
Files need to be delivered in vector format, we use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
