I like the double entendre of SewpBox - imagery that comes to mind is a barker on top of a soapbox, but in this case, extolling the virtues of sewing. SewpBox Productions represents me, so what I see as imagery, is the figure of a man (I'm bald with a handle bar moustache) who has the appearance of a tailor (perhaps a tape measure around his neck) with one arm outstretched with a pair of shears in his hand, standing on top of a soapbox with the image of a sewing machine on the box.
If not this, then perhaps a vintage suitcase with a sewing machine emblem on the side of it? Akin to a magician's suitcase? Perhaps with a tape measure twisted around the handle?
I tend toward a mercantile, late 1800s through 1940s feel, so want it to be vintage inspired.
I'm attaching a copy of the Hamilton logo hoping it will provide some inspiration. I am also attaching a copy of what we currently use.
