UPDATE: I'll provide feedback for every entry. Thanks for taking the time to enter.
Userterms.com provides business owners with essential legal documents for a price much lower than what a lawyer would charge to create original documents.
The key feeling the logo needs to convey to these users is trustworthy-ness. Other words that apply are: "official" and "professional" and "certified".
The Userterms.com target audience is the owners of small ecommerce websites, including publishers, social networks, retailers, subscription services, and adult sites.
Userterms.com customers will tend to be older (25+) and somewhat- to very educated. They will be entrepreneurial.
They will be looking to get straight to the point of determining whether this service is for them.
Effectively need two logos plus a color scheme.
Everything will need to work on a white background on a site which will have either gray or black text.
Am leaning towards a color scheme involving blue, but am willing to be convinced by other colors that looks great.
1. A full logo using "userterms.com" - Would prefer that this be rectangular and on a white background.
2. A "nickname" logo, probably using the letters "U" and "T" - This should use the same colors / font as the full logo. This should be laid out as a square, for use in places where the full rectangular logo is inappropriate, for design reasons. It should also be on a white background.
3. Color scheme - Please provide a set of 2-3 colors used in the logos (including the color codes), for use in the site design so that everything matches.
